Annie’s Blog

Welcome to the birth of my blog

Let me share with you through my blogs what happens when couples attend a Hypnobirthing®course.  Hypnobirthing® has been going for a long time, but you are probably unsure what it entails, or whether to be sceptical- (but have a look at the comments on the testimonial page.) Some of these couples were also sceptical at the beginning  (well their partners were!) but by the end of the first session they were totally convinced, and the results during labour speak for themselves.

Let me allay your fears as you make the journey from being a couple into becoming a family, (or adding to your family). Is there anything you want me to blog about? I appreciate your comments… I am listening…

Everyone is now moving up a generation…. Read more

This week I am loving so many aspects of my hypnobirthing courses. In particular, my outstanding memories of one of the sessions were as follows; The slippers.Everyone wore their slippers. Probably because the evenings they came were wet and windy. I knew they felt at home because they were halfway to being relaxed. Then it… Read more

Now the clocks have gone back, it seems as though winter is fast approaching. Now when I send out directions to all the people attending my courses, I include the addition that my bicycle lights will guide the way to the venue. No street lights down my lane. Plenty of illuminated road marking though. Not… Read more
