The Natural Parenting Celebration
Organised by Emily and set in the tranquil outskirts of Market Drayton, this event on Saturday was a sheer delight. Stall holders were invited to arrive early to set up. Lots of tablecloths and wares being displayed upstairs. The aroma of soup and platters of delicious cakes downstairs. Lots of new people to meet and old friends to catch up with.
Simon, a wonderful reflexologist from The Natural Health centre in Shrewsbury was there and he did a brisk trade in his reflexology demos. The Shropshire Sling library had a glorious display of all their slings. Even more impressive than their show table was the number of parents who were ” wearing ” their babies. A good advert if ever I saw one. Cloth nappies exhibited by Emma and her gorgeous son, and Mini Mud Pies nursery, based in Admaston. Keri and her Barefoot books to name just a few of the stall holders.

Mini talks and demonstrations enthralled the families downstairs, and all the home made food was much appreciated. A raffle with an imaginative array of prizes adorned the table in the entrance Hall.
A huge thank you to Emily who organised and advertised this exciting day.
Such a wonderful opportunity to network and see what is on offer for families. Also a big thank you to Sophie who helped me as my back room girl and did a marvellous job of introducing me when I had the pleasure of promoting HypnoBirthing®.
As they say on the TV….GOOD JOB!!
